  • Please note that all handmade items may be subject to little flaws. They must be treated gently, and they are not suitable for children.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • No Refunds, Returns, or exchanges of any kind after payment is made
  • I am not responsible for any lost mail or damaged packages.
  • Please make sure that your PayPal address is the current one. If you have provided me an incorrect address, resulting in a lost or returned package, you will have to pay for the shipping fees for me to resent.
  • Please contact me within 24hours through Instagram @mxcrafts for any issues. I will do my best to help you and find a solution.


DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

  • Customs are currently closed due to a busy schedule. I will reopen my custom orders once I am available.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKES

  • Shipping will take around 10-18days.
  • Please note that packages will be arrived later than usual due to the ongoing pandemic
